Department chairs from throughout Missouri address in a panel discussion the changing landscape of the university foreign language department and ongoing challenges faced by liberal arts disciplines.  Issues to be treated include advocacy for languages, the Missouri Seal of Biliteracy, and collaboration with secondary educators. This session provides a unique forum for the exchange of information and ideas among university and secondary educators as we seek to strengthen the profession and provide opportunities for students.
